Gets Knife sharp - but awful customer support.
The Wusthof sharpener is easy to use, and the directions easy to follow. The result is a very sharp knife! However, our sharpener arrived with only three rubber feet - and we had to put a towel under the other corner to keep it from wobbling during use. I emailed Wusthof customer service to order the missing foot, and about 10 days later got a generic reply back that "they were sorry to hear about problems with my knife", along with a detailed attachment specifying how to package, insure, and send my knife back to them. I then called customer service to tell them it was a sharpener issue (not a knife) - and was told that they don't supply parts and that my only options were to package and ship the whole sharpener assembly back to either Wusthof or to Amazon. The missing rubber foot is at most a $0.50 cent part that simply pushes into place, and I think it ridiculous that their fix to this problem is a complicated and expensive re-packaging and shipment.

This sharpener is the best made. It matches my $700 wet honing equipment with ease. Follow the instructions and you will be very satisfied.Watch out for your fingers!
