Great design with a tiny glitch
I ordered it right away when I saw it on Amazon. The product arrived quickly and well-boxed.
It's undeniably delightful to have such a COOL utensil set in your kitchen, for each utensil sticks to one another and stays put even if you try to lightly shake the set. There's an embedded magnet at the end of each utensil, so when you place each one on top of the other, they "attract and click" into place, similar to how an Apple laptop's power cord works when you plug it to the computer.
Colors are not as bright as pictured on Amazon. I've uploaded a picture of it under 'AngryBird'.
One glitch I'd like to point out: You may have to rest the other utensils on the counter or in a container when you use the purple ladle since as you can see, the ladle serves as the stand for the set. You also gotta keep in mind whether the surface of where you put the set is clean since again, the ladle is the stand. Ladle's pouch is flat, which feels a bit awkward at...
Dull Colors; Don't Believe The Pictures
I bought this set because I absolutely LOVE joseph joseph and because I thought the colors on these would be much brighter; they are not. The set I received had spice colors from the 70's: avacado green, maize yellow, pumpkin orange, brick red, and dull purple. If you like vintage colors, these are the spoons for you. Also, the other reviewer is correct. If you use the ladle, there's nothing to keep the other spoons from standing on their own.
Great space saver, with attractive presentation!
This has been a real blessing for us. With limited counter space, and even less drawer space in the kitchen, I was struggling to keep all of the normal kitchen utensils I would need for food prep. Not only does this look cool sitting on the counter, by the Knives Carousel Set (which I ALSO purchased, and LOVE), but it takes up virtually NO space on the countertop, which is precisely what I was hoping to achieve through this order. Well done, Joseph Joseph line ; )
I will absolutely be back for more of your items!
