Helps prevent browing of lettuce
I often need to cut lettuce ahead of the time for my husband’s lunch and needed a way to cut it that would not lead to brown spoiled lettuce. I have found that the Norpro Lettuce knife works great for this purpose. Great price and a nice addition to have in the kitchen.

I love a lettuce knife. I had one years ago and it was time for another one. After reading most of the reviews, it never dawn on me to cut cakes, pies and brownies etc. etc. etc.. Yes, you can teach an old chick new tricks. Thanks for all the great reviews.
Good all around salad knife
Helps keep lettuce from turning brown as quickly, can also be used to cut up other items going in the salad.
