NUWAVE keeps adding descriptions to get away from bad reviews
Do a search here at Amazon, see how many times the PIC is listed and read the reviews on ALL of them
I'm on my second PIC and have had it a little over a month and the thermostat is messing up. hot, hot, burn then down, down, down sitting on a cold pan. I don't EVER want to talk to anyone there again. If I stand there and keep adjusting the heat I can get meal. Don't trust it for melting chocolate or making yogurt. My fried chicken sat in cold grease, till I turned it up, then down, then up. Buy a different brand. I have a commercial cooking background and know how to cook on induction. This is a bad product.
My PIC over heated enough to separate the enamel from my dutch oven. They agreed to replace, then put a hold order on the replacement without notice to me. I called 5 times and it seems that notes are not accumulated in one area of the software they use, I had to go over the same thing every time. I finally got a "Shipped Out" phone call 24 days after the initial...
Great cook top
From Amazon this is a great deal... I got 2 cooktops and the grill for under $200. If You go to TV.. that would have been over $400... which comes with 2 sets of free cookware that cost an arm and leg to ship... It's a ripoff... Amazon I thank you so much for your great deals.
Nuwave PIC- Precision Induction Cooktop with Grill
Saw commercial on tv decided to try it and I love this , easy to use and fast. Temp is always regulated, the only thing I would change is the cooking surface could be a little larger. But all in all it is great and use it almost every day.. I also have the grill pan and like burgers cook thourghly in just a few min. and stay quite moist not all dried out. It's great...Thank you Nuwave.....
