Great garlic press!
I've had garlic presses over the years -- but thought they were more trouble to clean than they were worth. I have arthritic hands -- so finding something that was easy to squeeze was a must. America's Test Kitchen recommended this press. I took a chance, and I wasn't disappointed. It's easy to use, even with arthritic hands. Minces the garlic very finely. The black slidebar scrapes the garlic off easily. But best of all -- it's easy to clean NOW that I discovered how to open it up. The part with the holes is hinged and can be pivoted out of the casing for cleaning. I didn't realize this at first -- although once I discovered how it works, it's obvious. Dishwasher safe in the top drawer. I'm happy with the purchase and recommend the Easy-Squeeze Garlic Press!
Easy to use!
Easier to use than others and it gets the most out of the garlic. I would definitely recommend this to all serious cooks.

Perfect garlic every time and super easy to clean. Slide the wiper to get all the garlic off in one swipe. Great press!
