I am a chef and found these boards to be SUPREME quality! They are sturdy, light and clean up WELL! They fit in hand easily to hold over a pot or bowl and scrape chopped produce into (very light yet VERY durable). I have used many cutting boards (plastic, wooden, and other bamboo ones) in my culinary expertise and I was very impressed with these boards. I have been putting them to the test (all sizes) with cutting/chopping produce, cutting open young thai coconuts with mallet on these, slicing, dicing and the knife glides beautifully on these boards. No chipping, no rough spots, just smooth and TOUGH. I cut onions on one and thought "there will be a smell on this board (like I've experienced with others) - NOPE! Not this one. Washed the board by hand afterwards and NO SMELL! Upon washing, they dry quickly so that they are ready to put to use promptly again.

Great product, strong and lightweight
This is a good price for 3 cutting boards! They're strong and thick, yet very lightweight. They feel great under my knives and clean up very well. I also appreciate the antimicrobial properties of bamboo, which is important when handling food. It's nice not having to worry about things like E. Coli when trying to get dinner ready.

The small one is great for cutting up veggies or fruits quickly, while the larger one is perfect for meats. Just remember not to put cutting boards through the dishwasher or they may slightly warp (I made that mistake with my old board). However, since these bamboo boards clean up quickly enough by hand, this isn't an issue.
